Patio Guys provides outdoor furniture refinishing services to residential customers from across Southern California. We know patio furniture provides a space for families and friends to come together in backyard gatherings, so we make sure to take care of the pieces we are entrusted with and bring it back looking brand new. Refinishing is a cost-effective way for our customers to maintain their furniture investments. We make refinishing outdoor furniture easy and convenient for our customers by offering over the phone estimates and white glove pickup and delivery to our customer’s homes. We include a warranty for each of our projects as we have refurbished over 400,000 pieces of furniture and stand behind the work that we have been doing for over 40 years.

Patio Guys Five Year Residential Warranty Covers:
Patio Guys offers a warranty for all three types of refurbishing that we offer. Here at Patio Guys, we take pride in our work, and display our confidence by offering this warranty. We want you to understand the full scope of your warranty and provide all the details here for transparency. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. Please retain your original invoice/work order number as proof of purchase when requesting repairs under warranty.
Powder Coat Finish: If the painted finish on any outdoor patio furniture refinished by Patio Guys fails within 5 years of the date of invoice, upon inspection, Patio Guys will refinish the frame without charge to you.
Vinyl Straps: Vinyl straps are guaranteed against breakage only during normal use for 5 years.
Sling: One year on installation only.
Warranty Details: Warranty on paint is applied to cracking and peeling, but not to rust or corrosion that happens naturally.This warranty is applied to residential use only. Warranty does not apply to frame failure or broken welds, rust on steel bolts, screws or steel frames, which occurs naturally and chipping or nicks which may occur with normal use. Warranty does not apply to normal color fading, discoloration of paint or strap, or mildew. Damages from unreasonable use, unusual circumstance, natural disaster or unauthorized repairs made or attempted are not included. Patio Guys will not be liable for shipping, pick-up or delivery of warranty work after 12 months from date of invoice.
