  My name is Sue Ward and I am the Manager of the Mission Viejo Swim & Racquet Club, a homeowner's association located in the beautiful city of Mission Viejo. After several years of dissatisfaction from a previous vendor, from poor craftsmanship to exhibiting unprofessional behavior, I began the search for another vendor. I received a postcard from Patio Guys and after some research I contacted Ray Gunar. After speaking with Ray I made a visit to the manufacturing site and met Ray and other staff that were welcoming and friendly. I discussed with Ray my concerns that I had formerly experienced with the previous vendor and after much thought on how to fix the problem, I made a suggestion and the upholsterer implemented a design fix. The furniture looked wonderful when it was delivered, but the true test would be how long it would last! I was pleasantly surprised and delighted that instead of sending half of our 56 pieces of furniture back for repair, we had zero!
